Days
Antananarivo to Andasibe

Located approximately 150 km from Antananarivo, Andasibe is a small town in Madagascar, a stopover on the road to the East. Andasibe is at the gateway to the Analamazaotra Special Reserve and the Andasibe-Mantadia National Park. Once you arrive, you will likely be staying at the Feon’ny Ala hotel, a must-visit in Andasibe. The hotel offers around fifty comfortable and traditional bungalows, along with a restaurant where you can enjoy a wide variety of Malagasy specialties.

On the second day of this journey, the focus is on visiting wildlife parks. First, in Mantadia National Park, where lemurs roam freely, visitors can encounter groups of Indri Indri, Bamboo Lemurs, Propithecus fulvus, and more.
Various circuits are available, ranging from about 1 to 3 hours. Following that, the day continues with a visit to the private reserve of Vakona. Here, in addition to lemurs, one can observe numerous crocodiles, turtles, chameleons, etc.
Departure from Andasibe to Ambila Lemaitso

A small coastal village located on the east coast of Madagascar, between the Indian Ocean and the Pangalanes Canal, Ambila Lemaitso’s beaches are vast and ideal for sunbathing. However, be cautious as the sea can be rough.
